Collecting and processing of personal data
The website operator collects, uses and passes on your personal data only if this is permitted by law or if you consent to the collection of data. Personal data is defined as all information which serves to determine your person and which can be traced back to you - such as your name, e-mail address and telephone number. You can also visit this website without providing any personal information. However, to improve our online service, we store (without personal reference) your access data to this website. This access data includes, for example, the file you requested or the name of your Internet provider. By making the data anonymous, it is not possible to identify you as a person.
As a matter of principle, we collect and use users' personal data only to the extent necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. The collection and use of users' personal data is regularly only carried out with the users' consent. An exception is made in those cases where prior consent cannot be obtained for factual reasons and the processing of the data is permitted by law.
Insofar as we obtain the consent of the data subject for processing of personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (DSGVO) serves as the legal basis for the processing of personal data.
In the processing of personal data necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party, Art. 6 para. 1 letter b FADP serves as the legal basis. This also applies to processing operations which are necessary to carry out pre-contractual measures.
Insofar as the processing of personal data is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation to which our company is subject, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
In the event that vital interests of the data subject or another natural person make it necessary to process personal data, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. d DSGVO serves as the legal basis.
If the processing is necessary to safeguard a legitimate interest of our company or of a third party and if the interests, fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject do not outweigh the former interest, Art. 6 para. 1 letter f DSGVO serves as the legal basis for the processing. Legitimate interests of our company are in particular the provision of a functioning website, the presentation and communication of our contents and services as well as the economic interests to achieve our company's purpose.
The personal data of the person concerned will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies. Furthermore, data may be stored if this has been provided for by the European or national legislator in EU ordinances, laws or other regulations to which the person responsible is subject. Data will also be blocked or deleted when a storage period prescribed by the above-mentioned standards expires, unless there is a need to continue storing the data for the purpose of concluding or fulfilling a contract.
If you contact us by e-mail or via a contact form, the data you provide (your e-mail address, your name and your telephone number, if applicable) will be stored by us in order to answer your questions and/or to send you an offer, if applicable. We delete the data arising in this connection after storage is no longer necessary or restrict processing if there are legal storage obligations.
The processing of personal data from your details within an e-mail serves us to process your contact request. The legal basis for this purpose may therefore be your consent, Art. 6 Para. 1 letter a) DS-GVO, the fulfilment of a contract, the implementation of pre-contractual measures (e.g. soliciting offers), Art. 6 Para. 1 letter b) DS-GVO. In addition, depending on the reason for your contact request, a legitimate interest for us in processing may exist, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DS-GVO.
